purchased by you directly from Apple-Laptop-Battery.com website. All products can
be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return. All

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return
item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could
return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

Can I return products without requesting RMA?
Definitely not, you need to request a RMA no matter what items you want to return
because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided
to you.
When can I get the RMA number?
Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in 1-2
business day. You can print a "Return Shipping Authorization" label with return
address.
How can I get the return address?
Once your RMA request is approved, the return address will be offered to you through
RMA and you could print it for return.
Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?
Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product.
Note: Apple-Laptop-Battery.com won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns
so a tracking number is required on your side.
Who should be responsible for the returning cost?
- Apple-Laptop-Battery.com will be responsible for the retuning fee by regular post
service with a tracking number if it is our fault.
- Apple-Laptop-Battery.com will not pay for the returning fee for the customer ordered
the wrong product(s).
- The return shipping fee should be paid by the customer in advance, after we get
the returned item(s), we will offer you a satisfactory solution such as a refund.
When can I get a refund after I returned the item?
Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in 1-2
business day. You can print a "Return Shipping Authorization" label with return
address and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund
or exchange items.
An item was lost or damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When
requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs
clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible.
Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively,
you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was
damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package,
and Apple-Laptop-Battery.com will then ship you a new item immediately.
